(2) The said Code may be cited as the Criminal Code. Establishment of the Criminal Code (1) After the passing of this Act, the provisions contained in the Code of Criminal Law set forth in Schedule 1, and hereinafter called the Code, shall be the law of this State with respect to the several matters therein dealt with. Short title This Act may be cited as the Criminal Code Act 1924.
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:ġ.
